CASE A: In case the entity (SkillAcademee Learning Solutions LLP) reschedules any training event, the options available to the delegates are:

  • As per the participant’s request, we agree to process a complete refund of the fees paid by the candidate at the time of registration.
  • We will provide an option to the candidate to attend the same event in future at a time of his/her feasibility on any date of the training.
  • If the candidate wishes to send a replacement for the training he has registered himself for, then, he will be allowed to do so once he intimates the management at SkillAcademee Learning Solutions of the same at least three business days prior to the commencement of the training event.

CASE- B: If the rescheduling request is raised by the candidate or the participant, then:

  • In case the request for rescheduling has been raised seven days (or more) prior to the commencement of the workshop or the training event, the participant will be liable to pay ten percent of the cost of the registration fee.
  • In case the request is raised with seven days (or less) left for the commencement of the workshop or the training event, the participant will only have the option of sending a replacement. The replacement, in such a case, will not be allowed to reschedule the training.
  • Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the seats during the training.
